Passing through to Cairns full tank refill, refused customer Key to use toilets? Says can't give out after dark due to inappropriate behaviour? Well I'm a paying customer just passing thru and everything else is closed? ...Not happy at all?

Not impressed, I phoned Sunday afternoon( around 6.15) after returning from shopping at Coles. I sat down to have a cuppa only to find (once again) the milk was off! It was too late to change it at Coles so I phoned Coles Express to ask if I could change it there but the lady said she didn't know if she could do that or not?? Poor customer service, it's not the first time I've had to return off milk to Coles! It's not enough to put up all the prices and to continually lack in essential items!! I guess Woolworth is the lesser evil.

Price of LPG was 4c cheaper than others around. Price of ULP was 6c dearer for 91 and 12c dearer for 98.
