Baby Bunting Frankston

Everytime we go to this baby bunting the experience is really bad with zero customer service. It doesn't matter if you go by yourself heavily pregnant, or with children you will not be helped.Today's experience was the same. I took my children with me to test out several prams with the intention to purchase. I spent 45 - 1hr in there and we were asked in passing if we needed help which at that point we didn't need help. I went to the counter to purchase a pram and then was told it was not in stock and I would have to wait min. 6weeks but realistically I would be looking at 3months. I checked the website before driving my children 30minutes and the website said the pram was in stock in two colours.Overall I wasted 2hrs of sitting in the car with children screaming and being in the store with no help and then unable to purchase the pram.** Future customers don't waste time looking on the website as stock clearly isn't up to date and don't even bother wasting time in the store especially if you need help. Only buy from Baby bunting if you are either doing a click and collect or you don't need to ask for assistance.

Attended frankston store on a weekday with the hope to get advice and assistance buying a pram and car seat on the spot. Waited for 30 minutes and pressed the help button twice. Both of the staff at the counter offered no assistance and continued to talk amongst themselves. Neither walked over to us to ask if we needed anything. Highly unlikely to go back or recommend .

The staff are great and super helpful even amidst the pandemic! In the store and out the back where you collect things. Would always recommend them . Thankyou

Clean and fresh, the staff here are really helpful and knowledgeable. Although wr couldn't get the car seat we were after in store, even the Britax rep assisted us to work out we could order it online, that it wasn't necessarily sold out. The parents' room was busy when my son needed a feed, and a lovely staff member kindly directed me to the glider rocking chairs on display and advised me to get comfy. It was a great experience overall.

Today I visited the store in hope of getting a replacement camera for my baby monitor which is currently not functioning properly - the sound function is not working at all - for my 1 year olds room. This was an additional camera purchased in 2021. Prior to visiting I contact Baby Bunting direct online and was given great help in providing my online receipt and being advised I was covered by a 3 year warranty and to go to my local store for a replacement. Seems simple.On visiting the store I was met with the usual confusion surrounding faults (Have returned the monitor itself twice due to charging issues). Then told I should have contacted Oricom directly for ‘trouble shooting’. They didn’t want to hear that I had spoken to Baby Bunting already and it was covered by the warranty, just told to call Oricom Monday because they won’t be open today. So in the meantime we just go without a monitor and choose which child is more important? I’m also perplexed why the consumer is required to contact a supplier directly as consumer law states the opposite.They sell themselves as a business which is there to help mums and families but all I’m met with is disregard for my families safety and my overall time in general; there’s no friendliness or understanding rather the ideology that the customer is silly.I try my best to shop elsewhere but unfortunately we purchased the original monitor years ago and have tried our best to chase up replacement and repairs with them over the years. I think it’s time to just go elsewhere and buy a whole new setup to avoid having to deal with this company in future.

I went to the Cranbourne store today to have a look around. This is my first baby shopping experience and was initially super overwhelming. However Kathy spent so much time with me and literally gave me help and advice on everything from breast pumps, to prams to bassinets to monitors and I honestly could not have been more grateful for her kindness and brilliant knowledge. I went in feeling like I could cry and came out feeling like i really can be a great mum. She really put my mind at ease and made me feel like I can tackle anything that my first experience of motherhood will throw at me. Thank you SO much Kathy. You were truly wonderful!

Look, I love the people who work here they are very helpful and friendly. Just there systems let them down (not there fault) Shop is clean, love the stock, never had a bad experience.But the baby registry is soooo bad.

Very helpful staff, and even tho yhey dident have what we wanted on the floor, they kept us up to date with the delivery time

Customer service was friendly and welcoming every time I go into the store. Love going into the store as they have a huge range and being a new Mum it's exciting! I purchased a great pram and love it! I would recommend this business to family and friends.
