A Big Five Star Thank You to the Management and Team of Contour Body Repairs.As a driver of around 40 years, I have been guilty of having a few dings in my time, where my experiences with past Repairers have fared from bad to very ordinary.This was certainly not the case with Contour Body repairs...I felt an unquestionable trust in dealing with Alex who treated me more like an old friend, than just a Customer and I had never met Alex before this day...He was honest and sincere and...Everything Alex promised, was delivered!Unlike other Repairers that I had experienced, I found Alex to be most meticulous and thorough in locating very minor areas that were associated to the accident...These minor defects would have gone unnoticed by others.I now wish to report that I am driving a vehicle which thanks to Contour Body Repairs, is brand new again.Their Service, Quality of Workmanship and Care for the Customer has been nothing short of outstanding!I have no hesitation in recommending Alex and the Team of Contour Body Repairs most highly.Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

I would give them 10 stars. Seamless is how I would describe the process of having my motorhome repared. Alex made what could have been a stressful experience flow easily, he organised a hire car for me to be dropped off and picked up from contour. The finished job was immaculate and finished inside the designated time and the price was very fair.I highly recommend Contour Body Repairs for their professionalism and care.

My Mercedes was damaged and I took it to Contour Body Repairs on a recommendation from a friend. It was my best ever experience with this repairer.On arrival, I was welcomed by Alex - the owner of this business. After having inspected my car's damage, Alex was even nice enough to help me fill in all the insurance claim paperwork while explaining what exactly will be repaired and replaced. His professional manner of explaining the repair process not only calmed me down a lot but also reassured me that my car will be repaired to the highest quality level and I would get it back looking and driving as new.I was given a completion date, and he even organised a courtesy car.Two weeks later I got the call to come pick it up and after seeing the repairs I couldn't be happier. My car was repaired on time and to the best of my satisfaction.I highly recommend Alex and his smash repair business to my friends and family.Keep up your great standard Alex. I could not recommend contour body more!The communication and service from Alex was exceptional!!!The ability to choose my own car repair made a huge difference and I would encourage everyone to do so!The repair was beyond expectations and I was not without my car for long at all.. in fact it ended up being ahead of schedule.I Would not go anywhere else!

What can I say about Alex and his team at Contour. Alex is simply amazing. He was recommend by a family friend following an accident on my beloved first Mini. I was devastated, but he was able to put me at ease from the beginning. From dealing with the insurance, to any little or silly questions I may have had he was always available and happy to help. He’s attentive and his eye for detail is beyond perfect. Being a perfectionist myself, I wouldn’t want anyone other than Alex looking after my vehicles. Tried to contact several repairers who told me there is a 3-month delay on parts. I managed to get in contact with Alex from Contour who repaired the damage in 2 weeks.I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and prompt action.
