Staff are lovely but the quality of the job was very poor - I got SNS done and the next day corner of my nails were already chipping (4 days later those corner have broken off along with the natural nail underneath) and the shellac top coat used had gone matte and lost its shine - I suspect it’s because it wasn’t cured for long enough before I was told to was my hands and oiled

Please don't go there. Find a better place. I went to get the acrylic nails off and the woman did a painful job. My thumb was bleeding. Otherwise they speak loudly in Chinese, but when I was in pain she's whispering to me, so I don't create a scene there. And after that they didn't even bother to give a discount when I asked for it. Spike something in Chinese to each other. That's it. Felt humiliated and i am still in pain on my 3rd day. Please I beg u don't go there.

The ladies here are very nice and did my nails beautifully. They didn't hesitate to help me decide on a colour/ design when I was stuck picking. In comparison to other local salons, their prices are usually a few dollars more expensive but they genuinely take their time to make the nails looks beautiful, and don't rush like other salons.

(*Disregard the fact that I need an infill), however as you can see they left the surface underneath the nail polish all lumpy and not filed properly. A nail also just chipped off after a week after 11days which has never happened before with other salons. Also with the coffin shape you can clearly see the natural nail from the side which has also not be filed off properly. The nail polish is also second best taking less than a week to degrade. Plus whilst I was there they were pointing, laughing, and speaking in their own language, behind a customers back whom understandably didn't understand their instructions. They think a free bottle of Woolworths water will make up for all this? No thanks darlings, I won't be back and I will make sure my friends, family & work colleagues don't either.

I did my nails today. They also gave me a mini free bottle of water. I did shellac and pattern for 40 dollars. Pretty nice staff.

very rude service from lady who was doing my nails. She acted like i was an inconvenience for doing a pedicure. Don’t recommend. it was a rush job and she got paint everywhere but on my nail

The quality of shellac polish on nails was very poor. The pedicure process lacked skills and precision. Came out with nails looking so ordinary. I do a better job myself. While they offer credit card facility, they ask if you can pay by cash. I only visited this pl as a one off. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The service with a smile is always pleasing...I took my niece and mum here and it was fun.

I went in last week to have a full set of sns done. The whole process was unsettling, she was rough and rude when advised that the powder was blotching and clumping, she kept saying “ no I know, will fix” continued to do both my hand with the powder still being clumpy and bumps on every nail. I kept advising her, this is not how SNS is supposed to look like, there was another girl in store who also pointed out that I was not happy, she ensured me she knew what she was doing. After a hour of saying it was incorrectly, she got annoyed and kept yanking my hand, and filing it down roughly with the machine. I was very disappointed and upset, and told her to remove them nails!! She then charged me a full set price, regardless of the fact the service was not delivered in a professional manner, did not listen to the customer and then took photos of my hands on “ Youcam make up” to edit it. I advised I wanted to speak to the manager and she advised she would send her photo. I advised I was not going to pay the full price but she advised if full price not paid, she would contact the police, at this point I was ready for a fight, as it unbelievable the service I received then was expected to pay the full amount of a service when I walked out without the nails I wanted for my wedding. I do NOT RECOMMEND this place!!
