What a delight, same day service which is great as we are on tank water and required work to be done on the pipe. Nick arrived promptly, the tracking app. provided is a great courtesy. Nick and Tristan came to investigate a leak from the upstairs bathroom and tracked down the source of the problem in no time, giving great advice on options. They also replaced a valve to fix the shower and left everything tidy, great service!

Did a good job, fast under 30mins to clear a blockage and arrived earlier than office said. Office quoted $180 for first 3/4hr but charged $215.

Baz was very professional and friendly. We are very happy with the service.The only criticism we would have is the lack of communication. We expected the service in the morning, but had to follow up a few times to find out where they were. We understand that jobs go overtime but communication would go a long way.In saying that, would use this service again.
