Best Cake shop. Their cakes are fantastic. The staff is very courteous. For my husband's birthday, I ordered cake just one day before, and they even bogged down. They made the cake in one day. The cake was delicious. I would recommend cheesecake Park Holme to everyone as their cakes are delicious and fresh, and the staff is incredible.

The Cheesecake Shop Park Holme
Have not been here in years, and they have changed the design and recipe of their Black Forest cake. It has more sponge cake but less shaved chocolate and less cream and cherries. However all in all, it’s still not a bad cake. I saw lots of people coming in and out, so it’s a good sign, and cakes are fresh.Extra point for convenience, customer service and easy free parking right outside the doorstep.

LIARS worst customer service I ever had just in 1 second I took step out from the shop then came back complain that candy is broken and she replied you broke it and you drop the cake now you guys can check the pictures is it look like I drop it or it’s only candy which was broken serious liars no refund no return thugs never go again won’t recommend anyone

The best thing about The Cheesecake Shop Park Holme is that every cake is fantastic. Their EGGLESS BLACK FOREST TORTE cake is out of the world. I have travelled worldwide and tasted many EGGLESS BLACK FOREST TORTE cakes, but the Cheesecake Shop Park Holme has made it the best. One more great thing once for my daughter, I requested them to make a pineapple cake. Although it was not on their menu, they went above and beyond to make that pineapple cake. The cake's texture was excellent, and the taste was so fantastic. The Cheesecake Shop Park Holme staff is extraordinary, very soft-spoken, and helpful.For anyone who wants good quality and excellent taste in a cake, I strongly recommend Cheesecake Shop Park Holme.Good luck to Cheesecake Shop Park Holme team. I appreciate their hard work.

Cake price was $5 but charged $8. After calling them guy said it’s not possible and come back with cake box to confirm. Who will come travel back for the 8kms for return $3. Guy has no trust. I’m Regular customer of cheesecake but really dowse disappointed. Instead of feeling sorry guy on phone said come back to shop with cake box. The cake was for my kids so there is no point to go back. Never go on this store again

Thank you guys for making my daughter's 1st birthday special. The cake was beautiful, tasty and worth the price. Highly recommended.They customer service is another plus. The manager advised me about the size and design of the cake and i am extremely happy that I followed his advice. Hope to see you guys soon for all upcoming events.

Went in Sunday at 4.I grabbed three slices and then asked for half a Belgium mudcake.Girl said there were none left, what about the one in the case I asked.No that’s our display one, she said.I left my $50 order behind.I can only assume.1.She didn’t want to split it, had I been told that I would have bought the whole.2.They were displaying an out of date cake that couldn’t be sold.Anyway you lost a regular customer, not from Cheesecake shop as I will just drive a little further to get my fix.This is how businesses fail slowly, by doing the wrong thing.Thanks Daryl.
