Always shop there , good range and good pricing

Some staff are rude! I had an experience few months ago where one staff was so rude I made a complaint I was given an apology but they never improved. These staff think their job is too hard! Especially the counter staff sitting on their b*** and scan items and not able to smile or be cheerful and their body language appeared too fed up lol poor customer service

It was OK staff could be a bit more friendly l know we all have our off days but when you work in supermarkets or any thing else leave your bad mood at home

Love this shop, always always,end up buying more than I intend too.

Went to here this afternoon, to my shock, the girl behind the check out, was sniffling and all blocked up. You cold clearly hear she had a cold. She also had no mask on. I myself always wear a mask, as I'm Asthmatic and don't want to get sick. Not only me, but my family which have health problems. Not happy.

I visited Aldi at Blakeview yesterday and received really good customer service, the girl at the checkout asked if I needed help carrying at 10 litre water to my car, I thanked her and said I would be ok, I came in the next morning to buy a very large item from the special buys and as my coin would not work in the trolleys, I asked if I could have some help to the car, well a different girl wasn't so nice about it, she told me in a loud voice, we don't help help people to the car ( this was happening as I just watched an Aldi employee leave with a Customer to help him) I left the store struggling to get this very large item into my car, very poor service this time and there was absolutely no need to embarras me at the checkout, where has the Customer service gone, not a happy shopper.

Surprisingly high quality meats at great prices! Always find great specials here. Had a large amount of parking which is handy also.

Worst customer service from a girl called Gemma who was rude and belittling me in front of other customers, she coughed on to my receipt, i told her to keep it, held my just purchasedAldi coin so I would forget it, I had to lean over and grab it! Loved this store, till today!

Normally very good service. Tonight the girl at the register was talking to another aldi male employee. Didn't talk to me once while putting my groceries through, just kept talking to the other employee. Extremely rude service.

To be honest, I shop here only for nappies because they're the best and good for value.Store is always organised quite well.
