I have been in sales since I was selling papers in the city at just 13 years old, and I have learned, from experience and education with some of the best industry coaches, how to do it well for the benefit of my clients. Having experienced almost every role there is, from Principal to Property Consultant and Purchaser Consultant (Buyers Agent), during my 16+ years in the industry, I have gained unique insights and an in-depth understanding of what it really takes to sell properties for both residential and commercial clients. In this business, I meet people from all walks of life and love hearing their stories, listening to what they need and working hard to make that happen for them. Great experience selling my property. Kim and Sacha go the extra mile in the process to make sure you get a great outcome. The͏ Agent to get the job done!Before i chose Kim Turner Real Estate i had a few agencies round to get ideas of their plans to sell my property. To me, it seemed like they weren't fully engaged and focused on what you are paying them to accomplish and giving mine a comparison to other properties in the area and not truly valuing it for what it is worth . Kim saw my property for what it is worth and noticed the hard work i had put in to make it nice.He and Sacha worked well to find the right buyer and the right price for me and the buyer.. and fast too.Great job guys ,Thanks!

After being diagnosed with terminal cancer, my mother wanted to get her affairs in order. One of her main wishes was that Kim Turner was who she wanted to sell her house for us. Mum went to many of Kim’s home opens in her area and found him highly approachable and very friendly, not to mention knowledgeable.After coming and meeting us prior to her passing, I could see how honoured Kim felt to be part of mum’s wishes.I too found Kim friendly and always happy to take my calls and answer any questions I had. His help and support getting mums house ready for sale, not to mention sold after the first home open, was more than I could have asked for during a difficult time.Kim’s “can do” attitude and obvious expertise in his area, led to a quick and very positive result. Kim and Sasha are a great team. At the first meeting I knew I was with agents that would go above and beyond for their clients.I was selling my fathers house from interstate, so communication was very important. Kim or Sasha were always keeping me up to date, always available.They helped organise trades and cleaners, they even checked the work for me.Nothing was ever a problem or too difficult.The house was put to market and was sold above the reserve within a couple of weeks.Kim and Sasha both have a passion for marketing and sales and it really shows through great results.
