Car Keys Direct

DO NOT BOTHER visiting this business. As per business hours it should have been opened, I made special trip 40 km away. 10 am business closed, I called the number on the door, the owner answered and after enquiring when he will be opened, I was told maybe tomorrow, I then questioned his business hours, only to be told he comes in when and how he feels like. I told him that according to web page and on the door it says he is opened every day he then rudely told me he does what he wants. Very unprofessional , and very rude.

Really expensive for not much help. I hate to say it as I try to support smaller businesses. But in an eBay world you at least need good service if you're charging 3 times as much for the same key shell.

I highly recommend Car Keys Direct as they are a very loyal business. I have a Holden Cruze 2011 and I lost all of my keys I called Car Keys Direct stressed they came out to me on site the same day and did me a remote key I was able to drive home the same day with no stress.

Asked for a quote through email, got one, confirmed it through email, as well as further email correspondence about times for appointment, then went in for my appointment. The man was not only rude but told me that I had 'misunderstood' the pricing. This would have been nice info to be advised when I asked for confirmation previously. (so many opportunities) Then sold me another product which felt like an entire different product once I got home and opened up, when I called to ask about it and another next step, he was again so rude and obnoxious that the conversation when nowhere. As a whole, I found the company a pain to work with, and found them unprofessional in multiple ways. I wouldn't use them again.

Having lost my VW car key I had a long day trying to find someone who could get into the car. I tried RACQ and several locksmiths who told me it was not possible and that I would have to go to the VW dealership. I spoke to VW and they advised it would take 10 - 20 days for the replacement key to be sent out. As my work tools were in the van I did not have the luxury of waiting that long, so I priced up the cost of a new window. After another Google search I found Car Keys Direct, they came to my rescue after hours on a Friday night and with some locksmith wizardry opened the door. Lovely people with a nice calming attitude in a stressful situation. Thank you

I rang weeks ago worker said boss would call me back on the Monday I've waited weeks as I wasn't in a hurry when I get back in contact they have no care in the world and say there no record of your call haha what a waist of my timeI just called fort Knox locksmiths and they where onto it straight away very nice lady over the phone unlike car keys direct

The guys were great! Enthusiastic and had my car key problem fixed in minutes. Highly recommended.
