I emailed Nat the night before my sisters wedding as I live in London and couldn’t make it to Cairns. Nat replied to my email at 9pm her time and was beyond helpful! Nat really went above and beyond and it was so clear by her beautiful arrangement that made my sister cry that Nat really loves what she does. The amount of detail in her work is a indicator of how much she loves flowers. I really can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Nat, I know she will do anything in her control to make a special moment even more so. DEDICATED. PASSIONATE. TALENTED.

Fabulous customer service from Nat. Easy to organise over the phone, fast turn around, over the phone payment, will do delivery, great communication and a truly beautiful and well arranged sympathy bouquet. Website was very informative. Highly recommend Stella Florist!

I'd like to thank the ladies at Stella Florist in Lake Street. I recent rang them from Brisbane to place a last minute order for delivery to my Valentines. the ladies took my order - Little Love - and delivered it to the address, much to the delight of my Valentines...Thanks so much Ladies for making the MAGIC happen..

I had the pleasure of ordering some beautiful flowers from Stella’s florists and I was treated with the upmost respect, their attention to detail and professionalism blew me away.There was a miscommunication with a delivery date and not only did Stella contact me herself but she critiqued the problem and organised to deliver more flowers on the correct date.Her optimistic attitude and ability to please her customers I regard with a high amount of respect.Thank you very much Stella for making my mums birthday just that extra bit special! Absolutely 100 percent recomend going and seeing Nat and Alecia. Beyond helpful, they got me out of a real pickle. Very lovely ladies with a wealth of knowledge on all things flowers and beyond. Do yourself a favour and go and see them for all things flower related no matter what the occasion.

Stella florist were able to capture my ideas and visions in a way which was collaborative, fun and affordable. We used this service for our wedding and everyone commented on the unique, modern design and flow of our flower arrangements and boquets. Natalie's efficiency, passion, talent and warm hearted nature made her a delight to work with. Natalie went above and beyond her role to ensure that everything went smoothly on the day and was able to adapt and accomodate a number of changes in date, style and venue in response to pandemic restrictions. I would highly recommend Stella Florist for any occasion or event.
