The reviews I have heard, and family feedback I have heard about your company brings me to writing this review today. The way you treat your clients makes me question how your company Is still in business. You should be ashamed to call yourself a company and to overcharge/underdeliver a service that you charge a premium for. if I could rate you less than 1 star I definitely would without any hesitation. We live in an era now that if service is not paramount, a business will fail. Maybe you should review your business model and business plan and start considering customer service as a main priority.

David and his crew were fast and efficient.Installed 2 units and serviced an existing one.I have no problem recommending them.Thanks for doing the installation on such short notice.

Very disappointing! We were recommended David by our builder only to have David turn a simple job into a disaster! He has taken our money, installed a faulty unit , making broken promises not completing the job or correcting the faulty work he has done !

Dave has been in the business for decades in Sydney. Straight talking and honest, he gave me a no nonsense quote without any high pressure selling, installed the unit with care, cleaned up all the mess and was a pleasure to do business with. I had a minor issue with the unit and he organised immediate repair, worked beautifully ever since. Dave is on top of every aspect of the air conditioning business

The owner David Hesford who is licenced said he would take the job but when the day arrived he was not supervising his workers and the result was suboptimal. Electrical work had to be rectified after his workers failed to install an all weather power point outside. This was because the part was not supplied to his workers. I was left with 3 guys who were on their first day with the company. At the end they were installing at night on the roof with no lights. The principal Bruce who I had contracted with refused to speak to me when i said I was concerned about safety in the dark on the roof. Not a good experience. Problems still going on and may end up in Consumer Claims. As a single woman I am feeling like i have been bullied and I would not recommend David Hesford or his company.

Whatever you do, do not do business with this person. He was found to have installed a system completely undersized and when NCAT found in our favour, he just refused to pay. He is a dishonest business person. He now is trying to be a real estate agent in Balmain. Dont buy anything from him, you will regret it.

I requested repair service for my ducted aircon system. it ended up that they outsourced it to a company, Finese Electrical and Air Conditioning Pty Ltd. Sadly, this company is not expertise in ducted air conditioning systems. if I knew its review rate was so low, I would not had contacted Sydney Air Conditioning for services.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Not only are they extremely incompetent (look at attached image), but I'm literally not even sure if they're legitimate. How can you trust 33 years of experience" when they cannot even provide a detailed quote for the repair? - we weren't even given what brand of aircon we were to receive as you can see in the image attached. Do not trust this company. A response of "I won't do that ... !" in response to a request for a quote is SO unacceptable and SO unprofessional."

He has completely botched our job and refuses to come back and fix his mistakes. $9000 later and all we have to show for it are some holes in the walls and a piece of loose wire where the controls should be. David would have to be the rudest tradesperson I have ever encountered. How he is still in business is a mystery. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I bought 2 air cons from the good guys but their installers were so fully booked. So I rang this guy to see if they can help me with it. The communication was terrible and the exact words from him was you shouldn't buy it if no one was installing for you. Good luck and bye bye." Shocked by the rudeness.
