MOTHERS DAY RUINED!!! I ordered flowers for my 93yr old mother-in-law 5 days before mothers day. The flowers did not arrive on that day, or the next, or the next! A 93yr old woman waited at home on her own for 3 days for a delivery that never arrived, despite being told each day that the flowers were 'onboard' for delivery. She wouldn't leave her unit for fear of missing the courier. SIX days later and following daily complaints lodged with Fig & Bloom, we received a full refund (mothers day had come and gone by this stage). A courier then arrived at my mother-in-law's unit, delivering flowers that were half dead and were a different array of flowers than the ones I had ordered and paid for! An absolutely disgraceful company that I would not recommend to anyone!!!

Fig and Bloom create the most beautiful and unique bouquets. I received this gorgeous bunch today. I will continue to choose Fig and Bloom as my first choice when sending flowers.

The flowers were exactly as pictured and were stunning. The service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Fig & Bloom. With so many florists to choose from it was Fig & Bloom's website that initially caught my eye. Beautiful selection of floral arrangements and price options depending on choice and size of arrangement. Their customer service was knowledgable, friendly and helpful and I was thrilled when I received an email with a photo of my order before it left their studio - it was beautiful! I have now found my favourite florist!

Bloom Florist CAMPERDOWN worst quality flowers for what you pay. I ordered flowers to be delivered, the snapdragons were crushed and by the second day lay wilting at the back of the the bunch of other flowers. The customer service is terrible. I rang to complain and was told the flowers were perfect and there is nothing they would do.

I ordered the Prague bouquet for my Mum who had major surgery. After spending $120 and $20 for delivery, I was so embarrassed to see them arrive. The bouquet was miserably mispresented. Even the receptionist from the hospital said I was ripped off. After calling Fig and Bloom, they admitted that the quantity of flowers were missing, I asked for purple and got pink. I implore all who want to order from Fig and Bloom to reconsider as they do not deliver what you have paid for. I received a $28 refund. So I paid $128 for a bouquet that looked like I spend $25 on. Very disappointed.

Highly recommend!I’ve used Fig and Bloom twice to send flowers in Sydney (I live in Adelaide). The process of online ordering is very easy, and you get a photo of the product before it’s delivered.On both occasions the flowers have been fresh and lasted over a week!

I had a great first experience with Fig & Bloom, I will definately use them again. I really loved how they emailed me a pic of the flowers so I could see what was being delivered. I have never seen this done by any other flower business before and was impressed.

Had a terrible experience, don't order from fig and bloom!They say they can ship interstate to Canberra. We ordered flowers for my sisters birthday to be delivered to her house. We were told the day they would be delivered expecting them to arrive on the day. Obviously they didn't, so we reached out and were told they had been collected from the store. As this is a delivery order that was clearly not correct. We chased up the delivery service ourselves to find out they had only picked up the order the day after we were meant to receive them. So we waited and they never came. We contacted the delivery service again and were told that the package had been damaged and we would need to contact fig and bloom. Unfortunately fig and bloom are extremely difficult to get a hold of to the point where I believe they were purposely dodging our calls. We eventually got a hold of them they told us what we already knew that the package was damaged. You would think they would then rush us a new one or offer a refund as it is clearly past the date of delivery but no we had to wait until after mother's day. Which we did and they eventually sent something but it was different from what we ordered, looks to be leftovers from mother day and a much cheaper alternative.All in all the flowers are bad and customer service is even worse. You are better off going to the supermarket. We were told serval times that we had either picked them up in store or they were delivered to our house even though we were all home and spoke to the delivery service who told us they had not been delivered. So basically they were lying to us.Oh yeah and they never sent the photo.

I stumbled across Fig & Bloom when looking to send flowers interstate, and am so impressed with the service I received. I ordered at about 10am and the flowers were delivered by 1pm the same day, and I received email notifications at every step including a photo of the bouquet before it was delivered. I will be using these guys any time I need to send flowers again. Thank you for such an easy and great experience!
