A beautiful restaurant with lovely arched windows located at the corner of Riversdale and Glenferrie Roads, Hawthorn. 'Zia' is an Arabic baby name meaning 'light, glow or splendour'. As soon as you walk in Eddie says 'Welcome home'. A very cosy restaurant to enjoy your pizza, pasta and catch up with good friends. Noah has this uncanny ability of remembering everyone's order (even at a table of 10 or more) including entrée, mains and desserts without writing the orders down. Eddie & Gus will make your delicious pizzas whilst Salwat and Margaret will prepare your favourite pasta, salads & desserts. Do drop in if you are in the neighbourhood.

25 year of eating pizza in over 15 countries i can honestly say that I've never experienced a pizza base like this restaurant served me. Completely blown away by the freshness and delicate composition of the bread. Can't wait to go back again

Zia’s is always a great place to go to. Their food is yummy, and the pizza‘s are always a winner. We asked them to do a work function catch you on a school night and they were most accommodating for us. It’s always very chilled out here and Noah, the waiter is always entertaining.

For some reason we decided to give this establishment ago. Was not a wise decision.Cheap, nasty pizza. Tasteless focaccia. Frozen fish in the pasta dish. When I called the establishment, I was told that all the customers love their pizza. Some serious delusion going on.

Pasta with tuna chunks: 4/5, I expected actual tuna chunks, but here we're talking about tuna from a can.Lasagna: 5/5, pretty good!Finger food, bread with feta, olives, dried tomatoes: 3/5, a but too simple, the bread could be home-made, but focaccia would work better. All other ingredients seem of same quality as store-bought.Lemon pancake: 5/5, pretty good! We both loved it, and my partner usually doesn't like sour.

A nice cozy family Italian restaurant with amazing food. Everything was fresh and super tasty. The service was great, i can't wait to come back and try something different on the menu
