I've eaten at the original Rashays when it was at Toombul. The best experience and food. Returned many times. I have then tried the one at Loganholme, a close second in terms of quality. When i tried Rashays Underwood, the menu was cut in half, portions smaller and prices up. (Inflation yes i get it) but it was a gradual decline in quality as i tried the different locations and as time went on.Finally tried Rashays Redbank. Oh my goodness. The beef ribs were rock hard. Meat did not fall off the bone like usual. AND there was hardly any meat on the rib bone anyway.The lamb rack was nice and soft but on the small. Hundred bux for 2 meals, my friend and i still hungry. I know Inflation etc etc. But dont serve customers hard meatless rib bone and still charge the full price. Bring back the quality like the O.G. Toombul location. Don't decline in quality just because you have many locations now. Keep on the quality control please

Please train your staff how to maintain professionalism with delivery drivers. Some staff never has any respect or professionalism towards delivery drivers. Just follow your Ipswich river link store staff who has a wonderful great attitude toward delivery drivers. They have an amazing professional team compared to your store. Remember delivery drivers are part of your business as they are delivering to your customers.

Wife received a blue steak as opposed to mid rare. Only one side had grill marks the other side looked like it had been steamed lol When we asked the waitress she said the chef said that’s how it is.I told them to cook it more and it came back edible but still not one bit of seasoning on the steak. Was not even busy and I don’t get how a chef could be proud putting food out like that. I’m sure they will improve.

Ordered uber eats and thought I would try Rashays, the flavour was there however both the chicken crepes and cheesy garlic bread were cold when I received the items (uber eats issue). I still believe if you advertise a product it should look almost the same as to when you receive it. The cheesy garlic bread needs more garlic in it to call it cheesy garlic bread.

The staff were beautiful. Thank you Destiny & Jenny for the great service last night. Food was also deliciously. Got right into the food without taking a picture. I did however got takeaway desert which I have a photo of. My dessert was packed beautifully! Thank you team will be back again.

Was one of our favourite restaurants but tonight I’m having a second thought, the kids cheese burger patty was soooo dry like it was cooked at 1pm and put in a warmer, my kid didn’t even eat it, travelled a long way for the beef ribs and they said they had non so we had the lamb ribs.. must of been a small lamb or the plate was too big! Nothing but fat. Staff dropped 3 glasses within 15 mins smashed on the floor! Had to ask twice for the kids icecram, by that time we had enough! At the end the staff was very rude when paying, not sure if I would come back to waste a $168 bucks for 2 adults and 3 kids!

I tried pasta for the first time. I got wrong order but I didn’t let them know. I tried it but not that bad. Drink was so good. I don’t remember the name but it is like passion fruit something. Service here was not good. They didn’t look at customer.

We popped in here after seeing a movie. The service was quick, polite and accommodating. Food was yummy. Everyone was happy with their meal. The individual that had the slow cooked steak said that it was amazing. We had 6 adults in our table.

Firstly the waitress spilt the coffee all over the napkin and then when I turned my sausages over they where burnt beyond belief. Never again. You get what you pay for.
