Be warned If you intend to buy an apartment form Edge please make sure that all the defects will be rectified before final acceptance . Had experience this in Vantage , numerous defects were reported but no action was taken . Despite is under the warranty , we had raised maintenance request they will close the case without taking any actionPatrick Sep 2020
