John is an absolutely fantastic trainer who really does make the difficult easy. He was extremely supportive and kind helping me to work through my Cert IV. I enjoyed the experience with John & Jan on my upgrading of my Cert IV. I was able to complete the training remotely which was one of my points of leaving it for so long. With Johns experience in breaking the tasks down made it easy to complete within any time frame. I would recommend this team for quality of service and following up on anything that may arise.
