Petflyers

If i could give Petflyers zero stars I would. My friends moved interstate in October and months in advance they looked online and booked with them costing $1000 for 4 rabbits. They took their money online and then heard nothing from the company. My friends found a much better flyer to go through which cost 1/4 of the price and began the process of trying to cancel and get a refund from Petflyers. multiple phone calls and emails went unanswered. it became increasingly stressful as when they were eventually able to get through to someone they kept acting like its being taken care of when nothing was being done. it is now mid December and they have FINALLY been refunded.
