What you expect from a Big 4. Facilities could do with a refresh. You will need to drive 25mins if you want to get to the beach.

Nice little area to walk your animals and leads down to the bradwalk, that heads into the main Lemontree Cbd. There's a boatramp at the bottom I'd only recommend if you drive a 4x4. It's quite rocky and I've seen even 4x4s get stuck here before, if your not experienced and confident theres another ramp down the front opposite the medical centre that is A1 condition.On the positive side theres a nice little beach area down there you can avoid weed and have a decent swim.
