Mike's Multi Service

Extremely rude, unpleasant, and poor service. He wasn't interested in providing a service at all and instead opted for being rude and obnoxious because I asked a question before saying hello. I was willing to pay $100 for a leather belt but instead spent my money somewhere else. Don't waste your time approaching this rude little man.

No one is ever there and the phones are left unanswered. Makes me wonder how they can afford to operate

Top notch old fashioned service! Prompt, polite and timely. I've had all my patches sewn on my vest here and will continue to return even though I despise Tea Tree Plaza, so that is saying a lot!!

My mother recently gave in her Seiko Watch for a battery replacement and whoever replaced it absolutely broke it by hitting it too hard causing all of the numbers to fall off. They keep it overnight claiming" to be able to fix this and by the next day they not only lose two of the numbers

Couldn’t have asked for better service. Went above and beyond to help me with my car key issue and even generously provided a discount on the spot as I was unsure if could afford it. Will definitely be back in the future if I need anything else fixed. Thanks again

I put in a leather satchel to have two zips replaced, this was to cost $80 which seemed a little steep but, hey, I'm not a leather worker so I can't speak to how much effort this would require. I heard nothing and so two weeks later I popped in to see how it was going. The bag wasn't done and I dismissed this as not a worry, Covid and all, etc. A further two weeks later I still hadn't heard anything so I popped in again. If memory serves it was just being finished off, so I picked it up a few days later. I got a $10 discount because of the delay but I honestly wasn't happy with the job. The bottom zipper is very bunched up towards one end and instead of just a little metal tag on the zipper (to grip and open or close the zip) it has a dangling little chain with a metal ball on the end. I didn't approve this, don't like it and it really looks like something you'd find on a woman's handbag.Overall, not happy with the repair but the main issue is the complete lack of contact. I wasn't told two zippers would take a month to fix up front and then even after I'd gone to the store to inquire on progress I didn't hear anything. A quick text saying, 'Sorry, we've been frantically busy, I'll have the bag ready on Saturday' or something like that, would be all that was required. It's just a basic of customer service, if you keep someone in the dark they're likely not going to be happy. Be friendly and update them as to progress we'll likely forgive delays. Small businesses are really hard work so we give them way more leeway than a larger company, but a month? Without even a 10 second text? Hopefully, they'll do better in the future but I know I and my family wouldn't give them the benefit of the doubt again.

Lucas is very friendly and welcoming. He did some leatherwork on my Armour when the rivet on my helmet has become loose. Very happy with his service.The store offers a range of services from key cutting to shoe repair and within reason much more. Will be back.
