The store is generally clean and tidy with plenty of stock to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s generally an easy shopping experience here.

Tonight for the 1st time I was blown away by the door greeter in a wheelchair ♿ and how friendly and professional he was to everyone entering and leaving the store.I haven't noticed him before but I did complement him on the wonderful job he was doing.I wish him all the very best in life, and thankyou Kmart for employing people with disabilities.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a really miserable experience at Kmart Vic point tonight. Everyone was stood around chatting, resistant to help and one even nearly knocked my child over.The 3 stars are for Jaydan. He's a real champ and has such a welcoming and warm disposition. He really is a shining star in this store.

Waste of time doing photos there, took over an hour to upload 8 photos only to have them come out with red marks and scratches from the machine all over them. Never again will I waste my time patiently persisting with the machines. When I asked for a refund the staff member serving me had attitude like it was coming out of her account, no customer service and apology

Just waited over 20 min to try to find out if a product that is supposed to be in stock showing low qty was actually there, ended up having to walk away due to my son having a bleeding nose. Other staff walking in and out from counter to put returns away not assisting to clear the line of customers waiting. Extremely poor customer service.Customers first, stock second..

Jaydon greeted us at the front door as we were making a return on our blanket that we had bought as it was making a huge mess. He was super friendly and helped prepare and guide us to the service desk. I never thought I would walk out of there smiling but because of Jaydon I have. You were awesome mate!
