Our review is about the process of getting an appraisal to renting out our house. Gerdi has been on the ball from the first moment and was very clear in her communication. She managed to find us good tennants within two weeks, which was really quick and not expected. So far we are, as 1st time landlords, really happy, working together with the professional Ray White Darwin team.

Tried to rent a unit from Ray White Darwin.Horrible exp to me.1. Very slow response and they keep changing responsible persons.2. When I rent the unit, they said I don't need to worry about one front yard. When I quit the unit, they said I need to take in charge of cleaning the frontend yard, which they never told us before until we finished the cleaning and left the unit.3. I complaint to ray white and got an automatic email said they will take it seriously. En, that email is the only response I've received.
