F45 Balwyn was awesome. Loved the variety and set up that is F45. It’s efficient, modifiable and just the best way to start your day! The sense of community and support you get from the members and trainers was wonderful. I only did it for the few weeks I was visiting from Scotland but would highly recommend it

F45 Balwyn has changed my life. I’ve lost 25kg and well on my way to losing more. Mark, Jo and the rest of the coaching team are absolutely amazing at supporting clients both in studio and with tips and tricks for your overall health and well-being. Cannot recommend the place enough.

I’ve been going now for 4 weeks and I’ve never felt better. The first week was tough and I was aching all over, but then the pain went and now I have extra energy and stamina throughout the day that lasts. Each 45 minute session is different, so you will never get board, and because the sessions are short it won’t affect your lifestyle either. The coaching is great and they will also will help you modify any exercises for existing injuries or weaknesses. It’s also very much a family atmosphere where you will get to know others and those who support you throughout your workout. I believe F45 is one of the best investments you can make in yourself. My daughters love it and talked me into it. I’m so glad they did.

Its a great place to be fit and active. The staff are really friendly and cater to your personal needs even though you are working out in a group. It is a perfect environment to comfortably make friends and still be active. I’ve been a member for over a year and have been able to join the community and really engage while also working on my physical health.

The best F45 studio I’ve trained at by a LONG shot! I’ve trained at about 10 different locations and none come close to Balwyn. The trainers actually correct you with your form and track your goals on the weekly. Great coaches, great vibe and a fantastic community!

The best gym with the most friendly and expert trainers! I was skeptical joining F45 at first but I’ve been to a few now and it’s the best community here at Balwyn. They’ve helped me become the healthiest and fittest I’ve ever been!! I genuinely look forward to coming into the studio each day.
