I had high hopes for this new company but sadly the first booking I had with them, the Support Worker thought it OK to just not turn up (car trouble I was later told) and not let anyone know they weren't going to turn up. Caused me untold anxiety and fatigue. Hopefully their other Support Workers are more conscientious but I wasn't prepared to risk it myself.
