Unfortunately they use palm oil and other products like skin care and candles have harmful chemicals. Please check all products before purchasing. Some are safe but some aren't. Some clothes are 100% cotton and some are polyester which is a harmful fabric.They were good at answering phones, every time I rang within 2 minutes but sometimes no one answers. I rang both Wanneroo and joondalup, no one answered for over 20 minutes the other week.

I would like to shout out the outstanding service I got this morning from the staff in the layby counter, they went far and beyond to help me do my photo of my brother who passed away on Monday. Wish I got their names it was a gentleman, and a young lass, I really hope this post gets to you. You really made my stressful experience so easy. Thank you both.

On two separate occasions have tried to phone the store numerous times, they don't answer there phones so on one occasion ended and driving there and lay-by department I was trying to contact was empty. Was given no customer service even after speaking to the store manager. Definatley only 1 star for staff performance.

My local shops. It's not too big or small. Tons of undercover parking. Unfortunately it seems to have lost a lot of the local banks. Only bankwest and commonwealth banks. Maybe a few too many coffee shops in one Center I dunno?"
