Quote was an easy process. Installers were efficient and friendly. Just like everywhere this business is experiencing significant delays for parts to be received, therefore be prepared to have the date of installation delayed a few times if ordering at the moment. The system works very well and I am overall happy with Atack Air.

Had a great experience from when I called to get someone to hav look ac as it wasn’t working they came out few days. They explained what needed to be fixed they see what the prices of parts for 12 yr ac. Gave quote for new ones too. To give us idea . They rang said no parts due age of ac they always help full no pressure to go with them I ask quote in email for new ones. When I rang ask what model I wanted they explained how long take come in they order when deposit made.They rang say when could be installedThey guys put aircon in great cleaned up after took everything away. They explained everything to me. Everyone nice from ladies in office/phone to both lots guys that came. And nice to have a company in yr home town.
