Today was my 1st visit and it was excellent. We purchased another Wanderer Router Extreme 4X4 Mattress Double. Staff was friendly, the price was excellent so the experience was memorable. Thanks again BCF, you made my day!

I came here with my family and my doggo. I asked if i could bring the dog in as it was hot outside and our whole family was wanting to come in. The bloke was friendly and let us in. I wanted to see the tents set up but its not just a camp shop so i didnt know what i expected coming in. I wanted a 10p tent. They had it in order and none on the shelves..i have to go back another time. Or head to another camp shop to see tent set up. Otherwise good experience

I buy lures and terminal tackle from here as they are close to home, they dont carry some of the specific components that I need to to rig lures to target specific species so I still visit Tackle World and the Complete Angler . I will still shop at BCF and it is excellent for fishing tackle and advice for someone who is starting out in fishing or jus a recreational casual angler, the staff are very friendly and happy to assist in any way . I highly recommend BCF .

I needed a thermos and visited this store last week to purchase one. It was pouring rain, and I had my newborn baby with me. The staff were excellent in helping me quickly locate what I was after. Helpful, polite, considerate & efficient - highly recommend.

Don’t buy electronic products from Bcf AT ALL. They provide a bad warranty service with their unprofessional staff, as a customer you don’t work to Bcf to walk around with your product to get it fixed, this is their Job. If you buy from Bcf they need provide you a service not you..

Dropped in 10 minutes before closing on Saturday expecting to return the following day to buy a fishing rod for a Christmas gift. I was served by the young Fish Guy" who was helpful and polite despite closing time. He gave great advice and made me comfortable with my purchase. Excellent customer service

I had two faulty products to exchange today, and I was a little worried about it because one of the products was purchased a month ago, but all the staffs were really friendly and kind. I felt so welcomed. In deed, they truly cared about my concern. Definitely the best place to buy camping equipment!!

The range wasn't quite as big as I was expecting, however they did have everything we actually ended up needing at some pretty decent price points. The store is easily navigable, with wide aisles good for anyone with mobility aids or a pram for instance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available too.
