Little Fishes Swim School
Very stressful doing business with them. You will not able to cancel you booked classes. You can only cancel your enrollment. None one mentioned that every time you enroll you need to pay registration fees of $30 which is reap off. I lost $200 without any service. They keep charging on my credit card even though my account has $100 credit. I won't deal with this business any more. Don't want to take any further stress. Good luck anyone who do business with them. Please check you account statement carefully.

We recently held my son's 7th birthday party here. He and his friends had the best time and loved having the entire pool to themselves. Great party alternative to a playcenter, easy to set-up and self-cater and the supervising staff member was wonderful.

Wonderful and caring staff with a very well thought out program. Love the centre and have enrolled all of my children full time!! Only downfall is the toilets aren't quite large enough to cater for all the children during the rush at the end of the lessons

The venue itself is good (basic but good). The instructor we were assigned was great! She was an excellent connector. The facilities were clean. There is a waiting room for guardians who don't wanna smell pool water while they wait. Staff seem friendly too

Their swimming instructors are ver good. My son is in Linda’s class and she is exceptionally amazing. My son has ADHD and I have had a lot of difficulty finding the right place and person to train him. Little fishes is a great place and the instructor are really good specially Linda.

Giving 30 days notice for cancellation for swimming lessons is a rip off. As two weeks is reasonable. Meanwhile even before the two weeks, new kids can still enrol. I was just charged for that which is bad. Emergency can happen that parents needs to cancel sooner which should also be put into consideration. As many swimming schools give 2 weeks notice.

Our experience with little fishes has been nothing short of fantastic! My son has so much confidence and benefits highly from his private lessons, we adore his instructor Kayla.. she is such a wonderful, knowledgeable person who is always friendly :)

Little Fishes Swim School
The instructors were great. The facility is well maintained. Only downside is if your child is enrolled in a one-on-one class, you don’t get one-on-one a makeup class, instead you are offered a group class. Not suitable for kids with special needs in that case. Have cancelled our enrolment and happily moved on with SGAC for this reason.

Little Fishes Swim School have been amazing to deal with. They’ve gone above and beyond from the communication prior to enrolling and then the excellent customer service every time we attend. All staff are friendly and welcoming and my kids love it. I cannot recommend them enough.

We really love this swimming center, my daughter has been going there for 3 years now and has been a fantastic experience and good facility. The staff is super friendly, accommodative & professional. The instructors really understands the kids fears, Strengths & areas of improvements & focus on that. The facility is maintained in good condition (neat & tidy). We love everything about this center & the way my kids has been progressing through each stage. Thank you
