We ordered two chili dishes, Mapo Tofu and Fish in Chili Oil, not expecting much as this is not a Sichuan restaurant. However we were pleasantly surprised with the flavors of the dishes, and the authentic methods of cooking. No frills and can ask for complementary hot tea. The only downside is that the teapot is a bit greasy to the touch. Still look forward to going back and trying the dumplings.

Service was very quick and easy. The portions sizes are quite large, so good value for money! Dumplings and fried noodles were very tasty and fresh, we will be back.

Dumpling restaurant located on lower ground floor of Castle Towers, near metro station entrance. Dishes are made to order. Dumplings are piping hot, but average - certainly not the best I've ever had. Popular with the Asian locals

Went here for lunch with my mate and was absolutely appalled by what I found in my food I was eating my noodles when I found a maggot in my food. the staff agreed to provide us with a refund although tried to hack us as if to not draw any attention definitely not coming here again would not recommend.

We came and checked out Ms Dumpling. This restaurant reminded us of Shanghai, no frills. You get what you see. Don't expect anything flash. You order at the front counter and they give you a number. There is Chinese vinegar & soy with tissues and chilli sauce on the tables. The waitress brought us water and I asked for small dishes for the sauces. I thanked her in mandarin and she smiled. We chose the Pork & garlic chive dumplings and the Dry Flat Rice noodle with beef. The dumplings were bigger than we were expecting and the tastiest dumplings I've had in quite a while - 5/5.The rice noodle dish was lacking flavour and was very salty which was disappointing as presentation was excellent - 2 1/2/5.I would definitely come back to try the other dumplings and a different dish. Considering it's location in on the lower level on Castle Towers, the price was excellent and well worth trying.

I love this dumplings at this place, honestly my favourite dumplings ever but the woman who is serving at the front during lunch hours has continuously been rude whenever I have come in, and unnecessarily. Really sucks she makes the experience bad and unpleasant.

Food are great especially the Special Fried Rice and the various handmade dumplings they have (ie Pork and Chive, Prawn). But they are quite greasy and the other dishes such as the Stir fry vegs can be quite salty. Very broad menu with some sweets stuff and customisable options too, eg reducing soy sauce in stir fry, switching out egg for more ham. Be aware though that some of the buns are just bought frozen then steamed; they are overpriced! I can get them cheaper in the Asian supermarkets.Food 4/5Service is standard Chinese service. Order and pay first, they assign you a table and try to squeeze you in to a table that matches the number of people (in busy times). The staff are severely underpaid but they are very hard workers and so friendly if you have questions. Take the time to get to know the kitchen ladies, they are so nice! I hope the business gets cracked down for how miserably underpaid the staff are for the 10+ hours they have to work, especially the waitresses and counter lady.Service 3/5 + 1 supportThe restaurant is well-lit and decorated to fit the culture. From outside, it looks beautiful. Inside, the place can sometimes be quite messy especially in peak hours. The tables are very small and if ordering many items, can't all fit with the utensils and sauces. Do hope they use tables with drawers instead to keep these things, as they get contaminated easily when people are walking in and out in such a cramped restaurant. Some kids play with the chopsticks and the parents just put them back, and the staff won't be any wiser. I can sense their stress so I prefer takeouts over eating in.Atmosphere 3/5
