Worst experience ever.The guy charged me $50 as an assessment fee but was unable to identify the problem. He kept saying if he proceed further, my data will be lost and wanted $110 for data backup. Never going back to this place.

Everyone here has been extremely friendly and has gone to all necessary lengths to make sure i was happy and satisfied with their service. Would definitely recommend. The repair price they gave me on my Nexus 5 was fair, and they even provided me with a lender phone while they were getting the part in.

Great! Had a tablet charging port fixed here and despite lockdown they were on schedule! Only took just over 2 weeks. A fair price as well, they even popped a bit of metal that was bent on the side back in place for me (probably because they needed to but still happy with that)

Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable of their product (phone cases and repairs), as well as installing a difficult screen protector on a new phone at no extra charge - a 15 minute estimate turned into 45 minutes, but it was time well spent.

Bought a screen protector here asked for one for my Samsung tab A 10.1in get giving one in a weird box question if it's correct, was reassured. Took it home and it didn't fit the camera spot and wouldn't go on without bubbles. even though I'd used the provided screen cleaner and was careful. There was no guide to get the protector straight and no instructions. I bought similar product from Harvey Norman which had both a guide and instructions for similar price. Also when I returned with the product I was refused a refund even though I returned same day. Highly unsatisfied with the customer service and product.

Fantastic service, friendly staff and very helpful. The fixed my phone prior for a very cheap price and it played up again 18 months later and the fixed it for free. I will be going back there every time as I know they WON'T rip me off like other places. Couldn't be happier!!

One hour after purchase, already a scratch in my new screen protector, just from normal touch. Also, you can see fingerprints so well on the screen that at some point you can't see anything anymore. In short: dissatisfied. Went right back the day after and the co-worker said she would not have recommended this screen her colleague recommended, yet she did not feel the responsibility to fix it. I was allowed to buy a new $45 screen, on top of the $40 I paid for my broken screen. No thanks...
