We had the best experience here so we came back 2 days in a row! Firstly, the food is incredible! The portions are very generous and the food is QUALITY. Our food came out super fast and everything was delicious. Secondly, the staff are amazing. We had the best customer service experience both times we came here! Firstly with Rosalia and secondly with Tina and the stores manager. The staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming and left us wanting to return again in the future! Such a slept on, family friendly place to dine in!

The food was definitely not great! Ordered the Tex Mex Taco Salad - I was thinking it would be a taco salad but in actual fact was Nachos with shredded lettuce. Ribs were very bland & underwhelming. Expresso Martini tasted like really cheap vodka & stale coffee. The service was fantastic & the girls working there are so pleasant & made the experience enjoyable. The ambience is not there unfortunately. I was very taken back talking to staff member that informed us (as we were going to tip because the service was great not the food) that the floor staff DO NOT RECEIVE THE TIPS! THE OWNERS KEEP THEM!!!! I was appalled when I heard this & having a hospitality background have never seen this or would dream of treating floor staff like this.I urge no one to tip, unless directly handing it to the staff member. No owner should be taking tips from the floor staff for themselves. I would not be going back there unless there is an owner changeover & then I'd give it a go.

Decided to dine at the venue for the first time. Was a great choice to do so! The staff were friendly and the food was so tasty and cocktails were amazing! The whole experience was pleasant and the attentiveness we received was 5 stars! Happy with atmosphere and Tina did an amazing job making sure our experience went smoothly! When in the area again, we will be sure to visit! Thankyou to the staff for great time!Must try the Wagyu Steak, Ribs, Espresso Martini and Pirates of the Caribbean Cocktails!Ps. Have to try the Cookie Dough Dessert! Worth the wait! :)

Wonderful food and service! Portion sizes are massive and well presented. Service was prompt, and servers are happy to help, often wandering around to refill drinks and clean dishes.Pictured: tex mex taco salad, Hawaiian parmi, cookie dough skillet and a selection of entrees

Our 2nd time here, really enjoyed the first dining experience. However on this occasion Food was great, however service and overall experience could of been better. We were seated but were continually ignored while waiting for girl to come back and take our order. She served the other people and the couple behind us who arrived after us. Finally was served by another young lady who was pleasant enough. By then we were pretty annoyed which was further magnified by the presence of the photographer taking photos. I don't want to have my photo taken especially when I'm eating and used without my permission and really didn't appreciate it. Also they seem to always forget to bring the cutlery and are not very generous with napkins which is annoying considering a lot of the food is very messy.Really disappointed with my experience last night. For us a night out at Lone Star is a treat as it's not cheap so not something we get to do often which made it even more disappointing. Don't think I'll bother coming back.

We had dinner at the Lone Star and were impressed with the quality of food, service and overall experience.I would highly recommend this restaurant if your looking for a good feed that won't break the bank.

We enjoyed the attentive service. The meals were hot and served quickly and everything tasted scrumptious. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. And the restaurant layout is quite open and spacious. Overall a wonderful dining experience. Would definitely visit again with family.
