Did not recieve delivery. I understand this to be a problem with their contacted delivery service, however they declined / just didn't follow up. Centrecom need to take responsibility for delivery. I have no desire to waste further time emailing or calling. I do not recommend.

After having some issues with my PC I went straight to these guys to get it sorted out. The process was done within a week, the team and Centre Com Auburn not only fixed my computer within days, but also kept me up to date with the process every step of the way!!!The service from all the staff members but especially Dylan and Ben was incredible and felt personal. Will be back for any repairs or any great prices!

They are selling broken products without warranty guaranteed.Bought a MSI motherboard from the store for my new computer build. Found bend pin when it came out of the box. Returned to the store for exchange and they told me need to send to their warranty department for assessment and would charge me $55. Argued and they waived the fee eventually which was good". Waited for a week and called them

I bought a creative soundbar yesterday and they price matched without any questions. The best thing about this place is the great team. They are professional and friendly. I bought my monitor on a good deal some months back too. Highly recommend for PC related purchases. Good job team

I was initially after one of the Graphic Card and the staff Brendon was already friendly enough to put on hold for me, when it was the last one in the store.When I came in to the store to pick it up I was also hoping to grab a monitor with me, I was so grateful and shocked with Brendon’s EXCEPTIONAL customer service, he was very patient, helpful and able to check back and forth for the deals trying his best to fulfill our needs.This man definitely deserves a promotion!!!!!!

Brendon (the engineering student), was extremely helpful and willing to assist my querry. He showed a genuine care in finding the right products for my needs and didnt hesitate to take his time and help search for the products in the store rather than point me towards a general direction where I would have just given up and left.The level of service I received from Centre Com is the Gold Standard that all retail shops should deliver.

They were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as they diagnosed and repaired my computer. I highly recommend their service desk for reliable and trustworthy computer repair services.

Appalling customer service!! Rude very unhelpful. Dylan the store manager was extremely rude!! After purchasing some HDD I was appalled by his attitude!! Requested a refund. Instead if if refunding he double chased me instead. I showed my frustration after being charged twice for 1 transaction. His response was I’m glade I did!!!! Stay away guys!!!!
