Loooove this place, if we weren't travelling another few days I would've stocked up on some of the breads & treats they had, all looked amazing. Very tasty brekky, & to eat in after all the lockdowns was great. I had the scrambled eggs, bacon was perfect! And GF bread delicious. Lovely staff too & nice welcoming mood to the store.

First time to dine in this cafe and I loved the food. They serve healthier choices of food and lots of choices for vegans/vegetarians. The vegan choc cake is by far the most delicious vegan cake I tasted so far.

I had breakfast here, toasted cheese, ham & tomato on wholemeal sourdough, it was very tasty. The cakes are amazing and customer service A1. Highly recommended.

LOVE IT!! Amazing vegan pies. Unlike anything else I've had.Pros:- great service. Lovely staff.- good atmosphere.- vegan pie stands on its own and not trying to be meat.- good range of food.

Incredible! Forget the fashionable looking bakeries, or those with big signs saying ‘award winning’, this place looks very ordinary from the outside, but it has hot hot hot chocolate and a huge range of super fresh foods. The warm cherry tart was perfect. All foods labelled for those with dietary requirements.

We went to this place, because was empty, we didn't have time to wait in the next coffe shop (that one was full), big mistake. We ask for two coffes , no the best we have tried in our life. My boyfriend ask for a vegetarian pie, taste bad. My egg and bacon toasted , no good flavor, for that money $15. Just for all of this, $38. When we were waiting we had been given the meals on a paper plates, paper coffe cups and wood fork and knife (When we were asking to sit in the shop you could see the glass cups on the shelf behind the casher). When we were finishing our food, we look the wall, it said $8 for eat inside and $7 for take away (is not even a delivery service).And at least 8 to 10 people walked in and the door in the 20 min we keep inside the store. So yeah if it was empty was for some reason. Is a miserable service for a ll that money, for a simple breakfast.Tip for you manager: is better use glass products and steel forks than produce more garbage. And find a dish washer don't be lazy.

Nice little bakery having a breakfast menu with sandwiches, toasties, soups...Great range of various housemade breads.The toasties BLT were tasty and pleasant to eat. However, They took a long time to be served.Coffees were great and it should be noted that Himalaya Bakery was the only business serving coffees after 3pm on Sunday in Daylesford.Will come back to test others stuff from this bakery.Indoor seats and a front yard with two tables.

Delicious bread and baked goods (savoury and sweet) and good coffee. Came in on a rainy day and had really friendly service. We were with picky eaters and had to order more than twice for the same table but they accommodated us without a fuss.They had gluten free and vegan options for a lot of things.
