This is the second time I’ve sold with Refined Real Estate, the first time Gemma & Victor broke the suburb record and the most recent achieved just as awesome result as the first. Nothing is too much trouble. I had moved interstate and they helped maintain the home for opens, recommended trades people and even lent me tables to have a garage sale to sell stuff before I moved. I have recommended them to my friends thinking of selling. If I was to sell in SA again I definitely wouldn’t use anyone else but Refined. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Unsure why you have no record of me as we purchased a property through you in 2020 at O'Halloran Hill. Numerous issues were either not disclosed by your representative Marc Olsen, or you did not do due diligence on the reality of the situation when giving us information. A detrimental LMA was not disclosed to us on signing that was required to be as per the documents held with Marion Council, that sees our infrastructure non-compliant. I hope this clarifies the rating.

Felt taken advantage of and misled by Marc as a young first home owner buying a house and land package through Refined Real Estate in June 2020. I was lead to believe my house would be built straight away but after signing my contract, my slab was not poured until May 2021. I was initially told the Builder would want to build my house fast to potentially use it as a display to encourage other buyers and the builder would want to throw in bonuses and upgrades but none of this was the case. I was also led to believe I ‘would be able to do anything I liked to my house’. Marc talked to me about making changes to the floor plan etc. but I later learned I would only be able to make very minor changes and that the development was part of a body corporate, which would’ve been a deal breaker if known. However, myself and about 19 other home owners were not made aware until receiving a phone call from the body corporate in March 2022. 3 years on we we still do not have houses we can live in.

Great experience!I knew that appointing John Silvestri to sell my home meant that it was in good hands. He is totally professional and has an excellent knowledge of the market. But it was his communications that stood out to me. He is especially good at listening and understanding the client’s needs, and establishing rapport quickly. The outcome achieved on my property was way beyond my expectations. Thank you John, you are awesome!

Paid someone to inspect a property on my behalf as they don’t allow rental applications without a physical presence of someone being there.I’m interstate with a newborn and couldn’t fly to view the property so I emailed the property manager to explain and advise I was sending someone.My proxy attended and received a paper application form.Emailed the agent immediately after the proxy inspected the property and sent me a video asking to apply and received no response. Followed it up the following morning and was told they already received four applications so they won’t accept anymore and they don’t take online/email applications anyway.If I knew this in the first place I would have asked my proxy to fill in the paper or not paid someone to go on my behalf in the first place and now the property manager has hidden behind reception to relay information she should have told me in advance of the inspection.I knew the rental market was tough but didn’t realise the agents didn’t care anymore
