Today 20 Jan 2021, we went to get a concession go card for my son and the staff were rude. It might be because she was working alone. I've been here a couple of times and never had anything but friendly service.

We have been having our newspapers delivered by this newsagent for over 15 years and since new owners have taken over we have had nothing but trouble. Always late. Yesterday paper didn’t arrive till 10. One day it wasn’t even delivered. When I have rung to find out reasons the man is very rude. No customer service. Not like the old days before this rude man took over.

Apparently this shop was sold November 2020 and I have to say the new owner won't last long if she treats customers the way I was treated on Thursday 27th May.I won't go into details on here but will advise people who have paid their accounts in advance to follow up your refunds.

They also have Direct Parcel so if your parcel end up being delivered by Fastway and your tracking tells you to pick it up from Direct Parcel at this adress and this is where you go.Never went here but called them and now google want me to leave a review
