I love coming to Alchemy, the customer service is great every time! Jen has been doing my hair for years and I’m always happy when I leave! I highly recommend Jen and all the staff in Macquarie.

I got a haircut & keriten today by Harry - I would recommend him to everyone I know.The service I received was presidential, will definitely be back in the future.

I've been going here for years and Sarah has always looked after my hair. The quality of the cut, colour and styling and the kindness of the staff is unmatched. It feels like a treat every time I have an appointment.

It was my first time ever to bleach my hair and get a highlighted ombre. Hence I was a bit nervous. Jennifer, made me and the whole process very comfortable. Loved the final results. Good ambience and service. Great overall experience.

Really upset with my experience, I asked for a light brown full Head of highlights and it came out so light and so ashy I felt grey. Jae admitted it was light and offered me to do a toner but quickly convinced me not to and to wait and see how I felt over the weekend. It was clear she just didn’t want to do it. She dried my hair off and it was so brittle and dead I wanted to cry. They were obviously in a hurry because she didn’t style it for me and then sold me product which I later found out wasn’t even the right product my hair needed being so dead. I left it 2 days and called up to make an appointment to have it fixed which I was told they couldn’t get me in for another week even after explaining my situation. I then had to go to another salon to have my dead hair cut and fixed which took me so long to grow . A total of $840 later.. I kindly asked for a refund or at least a reimbursement of the amount I had to pay to have my hair corrected which I was told no. I would think it wouldn’t be a big deal to give me my money back to help me out considering how upset I am with what they did. I would not recommend this place they are too busy and definitely aren’t willing to care about you once you paid the money and walked out. Still struggling due to not having any money after this experience. A refund is simple and wouldn’t effect them at all but would make a huge difference to my situation.

I had a keratin treatment today, and everything went well during the appointment. However, upon completion, despite my short hair which required minimal time, energy, and keratin product, I was charged $450. After checking the service prices on their website, I figured out that the cost range for a keratin treatment was between $180 and $350, depending on hair length but they charged me $100 more than the maximum price, which was neither satisfactory nor fair in my opinion.

Went there a few days ago to get a haircut. The staff are extremely helpful and professional. The salon looks neat and clean. The lady who cut my hair listened to my preferences attentively and cut my hair according to my preference. The haircut looked amazing. A big thanks to her! Really satisfied with the service.
