love the products in the store and so much items available but on multiple occasion there would be staff giving advice upon products and not letting me buy some products when i’ve previously purchased before and used , additionally on multiple occasions not letting myself purchase some items and they refuse to not let me purchase them because it’s not recommended or it won’t work, respectfully i love receiving advice and opinions, but sometimes it comes off there telling me bluntly im not allowed to buy it . overall some staff are lovely .

Booked in to have my daughter’s ears pierced tonight with Jody and she was fabulous. Very professional, friendly and efficient.Unfortunately unable to book online but easily rang and got an appointment.Highly recommend.

Jess is by far the best hairdresser I've ever been to. I had my last haircut with her, and I was delighted to have her as my stylist again today. At my last visit, she was great at advising what to do with my hair, and how I should get it cut. I was so glad I took her advise. Today, after a long 6 months, she still remembered me, and remembered my last cut perfectly. She was very quick, but precise.Also, shout out for getting me in so quickly. I rang yesterday afternoon, and was able to get an appointment for today at 1pm.Very highly advise for anyone in the melton area. Well worth the money for well trained staff, and great service

This review is purely based on my less than great experiences with other salons/pharmacies. Huge shoutout to Paige (hopefully I've spelt it right). Phoned in for a curling iron and she was prompt, held the product for me and the process I was expecting to be straight forward from the other salons/pharmacies was smooth and easy!

This is a great little place not as big as it use to be but still very nice. Had a lovely you girl help me out when I went there,she was extremely helpful

Really helpful staff members today. Haven't been here in years because of pushy service or no service. But the 2 ladies tonight were helpful, let me shop/look on my own when I needed and gave advice and product info without making me feel pressured to spend. Although I couldn't decide on a gift I went with a voucher.

Piercing technician never seems to be present. Attended 3 different times and each time they were not there even when advised by staff they would be avaliable.

Went in as my 8yr old desperately wanted her ears pierced againthe female staff member was quick to serve me, extremely polite, happy and friendly.Not only all of the above, she was chatty. Not just serve and see you later....She was extremely knowledgeable in her work and very very good with children.The only thing I probably would have done differently was make sure my daughter didn't see the open kit (ie: the needle).Unfortunately my daughter has ASD and her anxiety freaked her out and didn't do it.But the girl was amazing with her and gave her tips about watching YouTube videos and assured her it was okay and normal to be scared.The friendly environment makes customers feel welcome and her boss should be honoured to have her as an employee.People like this is what make a business work.Great job to this girl. She'll go far in life.As someone who has worked in the legal profession for a long time and then a carer for her disabled children for 10yrs.I have had to deal with courts, legal bodies, organisations, hospitals, doctors you name it.With all that behind me I can certainly say that making a customer feel welcome is the single most important factor in making a customer come back and want to refer others to come also.These are the people you want to keep in your employment

Bought a Ceramic Barrel brush from Hairhouse Melton and after about 6 months, the brush completely snapped off the handle, rendering it useless. I only used it on my fringe and only about 3 times a week. The staff refused a refund as I didn't have a receipt ( I'd paid cash and seriously, who keeps a receipt for a hairbrush? A fridge yes, but not a brush!)When I asked to speak to the manager Mel, she refused to speak with me, telling the staff to say she was in a meeting for an hour. A meeting? It's a bloody hairdressers not a corporate office! Talk about trying to make herself sound important. LOL.Shoddy products, terrible customer service, rude and entitled management make the Hairhouse shop at Woodgrove Melton a place to avoid. I actually give it zero stars.
