My husband and I are very pleased with the service provided to us by Sharon Goodwin. If we are unable to speak to her directly when we have phoned she has always returned our call promptly. When we have sought advice we have always felt confident with her responses. We have sometimes found it convenient when we needed to sign documents that she is prepared to come to our home to complete these.

I tracked down the advisor at Oracle as he had been my advisor for many years at a previous financial planning office. I went to Oracle as I had felt very comfortable with their advice and explanations.I am a little hard to please as I am a retired advisor and my son is an advisor as well.

Scott has gone above and beyond in helping our family with not only our Superannuation but with sound financial advice in other areas as well. Scott has always taken the time to explain things we need to consider, so we understand exactly what we need to. Oracle Advisory Group is always easy to deal with. The receptionists are friendly and efficient and put us through to the person we need to talk to or advise they are unavailable and organise them to contact us asap. We deal mainly with Scott and Peter. They always return our calls or emails on the same day. They are available to answer our queries, give advice, help with related paperwork etcWe have always been happy with their advice and dealings with us. Our priority is to feel confident with the people handling our Superannuation...and we do feel confident with Peter and Scott.

Scott has taken care of my finances (and those of my late Father) for several years. I like talking to him. He answers my questions thoughtfully and clearly.
