What excellent service by Peter for a new globe in my old sewing machine and new sewing machine needles. I was really stuck until he helped me.Service with friendliness and a smile….very hard to come by these days. Highly recommend this business.

I cant believe I am writing this about this sewing shop because it used to be my favourite. I trusted you guys! If you don't know how to fix a machine then you shouldn't take my money and lie to me saying you can fix it when you cant! It was insulting to take it home for the second time only to find out immediately that it was still dropping stitches and I don't even think you touched it at the shop or if you sewed with it you'd see the problem was still right there infront of you!I ended up taking it out to Belconnen for the Sewing doctor who found out pretty quickly the new cog in the top hadn't been calibrated properly with the rest of the machine and the timing was out. Fixed it on the first go! What did I ever do to you!? Do you even care who you are taking advantage of!? I am a student with no job!! This is theft and I did not get what I paid for TWICE. I want my $300 back!!

I came in with what I thought was a broken machine. Peter spent 15 minutes going over it, fixed the problem then refused many payment. Wonderful!

Very helpful. Came in looking for invisible zipper foot, found one that fit perfectly. Great service and great shop.

Came here from our of town to look at overlockers. Zac, a machine mechanic, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to make good recommendations to us based on my sewing needs and budget. I wish I could have spent more time here as they seem to have an excellent range of fabrics and notions, sewing classes and sewing equipment generally.

Ordered sewing machine online and was ready for pick up the following day. Staff very friendly and knowledgable. Super impressed with this store and can't wait to go back.

All staff and customers weren’t wearing masks despite the ACT mandate. When I brought it up with them they simply shrugged. Not good enough!
