We had a lovely big unit that was easy to guide my walker around without bashing into doorways. A lovely big fridge that froze my water for the next day. Everywhere was very clean and updated bathroom... we were very happy here.

The rooms are good the bed is perfect for a good night's sleep. The only problem was I had to do a bit of dusting as the top of the kettle was still covered in dust. But other than that everything was good. But it would be good if they did breakfast.

After a trying time in our lives to walk into the room it was very well set out and a surprise when I noticed it had a spa. The office was great and the artwork in the room was lovely. There is a modern television and modern appliances. Definitely love it here!!!!

Great room for me and my 2 dogs. Had everything we needed. Very clean, well set out, everything worked, including good air con which we needed being Tasmanian residents. Walking distance to Cafe, service station , Mexican eatery and other places. Near large park where dogs had a run..

It could not have been a better accommodation for us for our overnight stay with our dog. Super friendly and gracious host (thank you so much Tanya for your wonderful hospitality), spacious and very clean room, lovely private pool, great price and location. The pet friendly room (Room 3) is large, very well appointed, bright with a lovely decor. It is not carpeted, which is great as even with a well toilet trained dog, there is always the chance of a little bit of travel sickness (thankfully there was not!) and so this provides peace of mind. We'll definitely return if we stay again in Toowoomba.

Absolutely disgustingNot only does the owner discriminate and form an opinion of you before you've even spoken to him to check in, but when politely asking to book an extra night, he refused, said he didn't have to give me an explanation as to why and when I told him I was going to give him a poor review he proceeded to follow me out of the office, and threaten me with the police and when I told him to call them he said Don't push me

We used a pet friendly room and thought it was one of the best motel rooms we have used.
