Minchinbury No Gap Dental

While the receptionist and dental nurse were lovely, Dr Lee appeared totally disinterested in treating my 8yr old daughter. He diagnosed 2 cavities on the x-ray and after a bit of gas and air decided my child wasn't still enough for a filling. He referred us to the local private hospital where he would do the treatment under a general anaesthetic (costing thousands of dollars with no private hospital cover). We just today had 2 further cavities diagnosed on the same x-ray pictures by my previous dentist and they did the fillings for her in the chair with no fuss. No, she wasn't perfectly still but what 8 yr old is?We won't be back.

The team at Minchinbury No Gap Dental are amazing. They are professional yet hard working and they will cater to your every need. I am very happy with their service and I would recommend them to everyone.

Honestly one of the best experiences ive had, i definitely reccomend with such lovely staffs and professional Drs who know what they are doing. literally only took under 30seconds to get my tooth out with no hesitation thank you for your wonderfull service ❤️

Do not recommend. The receptionist were unbelievably rude, for no apparent reason, she raised her voice and said “Sign now” when my elderly mother was getting up from her seat to sign, I then responded I am not the patient I cannot sign, she then rolled her eyes at me and slammed her hand down on the desk. She was extremely pushy and abrupt. This was our first visit. We are private patients and choose to use our health fund here, very much regretfully. The service my mother received was basic and very much entry level. Will not be returning and I absolutely do not recommend. Lastly, both receptions were not in training and it is clear they are experienced, so to say they need further training would not be accurate. I am appalled by the treatment we received.

Very friendly and honest with my dental requirement.My periodontist requested a crown for a cracked tooth which would have cost $2000.Dentist at No gaps dental recommended the tooth needs to be removed but as it is not causing me any pain I can keep it until it causes discomfort.He saved me a fortune all due to his honesty.Thank you
