Disgusting and dangerous service. Bought a 2018 SUV from here, complied with all servicing requirements but returned it last week for repair after catastrophic failure. Over the last 7 days they have returned the unsafe vehicle to us 3 times, claiming it was fixed, however each time the failure reoccured immediately. Today's failure could have killed my wife or other drivers, to which staff responded with oh well

Avoid these people at all cost. Bought a new crew cab Colorado with 18inch mag wheels already fitted. After purchase I found that the spare was a 16inch steel wheel. Asked salesman to replace spare with a mag at no charge. Salesman referred me to the Sales Manager who refused. I Took my complaint to Holden Customer Care. Sales Manager told Holden that the wheel difference was disclosed at point of sale. This is a complete lie, if I was aware of wheel difference I would have renegotiated or not bought the vehicle. My complaint is with the ethics of the Sales Manager not the Salesman.

Questionable Practices!Happy to take your money when you're buying 2 cars but they are downright rude when there is an issue with your car! They refused to provide us paperwork on the fixes they'd done to our car, after it failed a number of times after leaving here! Ask for paperwork on everything. They stated to us they can't provide guarantees on any works they do?? Really!!Beyond Poor Service!
