Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Called to confirm if a part available. Left on hold for 20 minutes. Drove to the store to be greeted lamely. I said I’m the customer on line one! He checked the phone to realize I wasn’t joking then just hung up the line. No reaction and no apology. Utterly pathetic. Tried to send me to back counter instead. Didn’t have part in stock. No apology. No offer to order part. Bought it online. I will never come back. Suggest you look elsewhere.

Customer service is non existent, unhelpful and pathetic staff, a lot of products are not in stock especially the ones that are on special, totally not worth a visit. This is my experience from last 3-4 visits. Better go to Supercheap or Autobarn.

great service by Nathan! Called to order 3 oil filters to be delivered from their DC to the store at 9am. Order came in the same day at 3pm!

Went to buy headlight bulb socket there and the guy sent me to doveton warehouse saying they have it in stock. Drove to doveton and the lady has no time to serve just hands over the narva book to me to find the part number for the socket. Had to ask another staff to find the part number for me and told later that they dont have it in stock either. Looks like repco needs to train their staff on inventory management and how to use the pos system properly. Wasted an hour of driving here and there with no outcome just because the staff couldn’t be bothered to check the stock properly.

Came to the store to look for an adapter for my air compressor. I wanted some help to locate where is the part and talked to Talia, the staff and she is very unhelpful and unfriendly. I dont know why she is there in the first place. I decided to check and buy somewhere else.

Plenty of stock helpful staff they are more knowledgeable than supercheap and I happen to shop there also
