Alsace Polo was an absolute dream for our wedding! The venue is absolutely beautiful, convenient to get to and Nathalie was absolutely lovely!We had some potential rain on our wedding day but it all went off without a hitch with backup plans in place.Our photos with the beautiful barn doors and gardens have been spectacular, and with the help of some other great vendors the place was glowing with beautiful lights.Nathalie made me feel so special from the moment I arrived in my car and was so helpful.The only improvement I could recommend was some more toilet facilities, as we had a large group and there was a lineup most of the night for the two toilets.Thanks again Nathalie for a beautiful day x

I had attended a good friend's wedding tonight and the place was immaculate. Highly recommend for a venue if you really enjoy the open space country/rustic stable environment.Easily accessible but the only downfall is i couldn't seem to notice a very wheelchair friendly entrance. Besides walking across grass.

The Venue location provided the most amazing backdrop for a magical wedding day. We chose a DIY package to ensure we got what we wanted and all our vendors were amazing and went over and beyond to create a day that was almost faultless. However the attitude and yelling verbal abuse and ranting of insurance and fire directed at some of our vendors whilst setting up and some guests was uncalled for, rude , disrespectful and embarrassing. As mother of the bride I witnessed this first hand- from the venue manager Nathalie. I actually felt compelled to profusely apologise to our vendors for her display of irrational and inexcusable behaviour. She was far from business like or professional and certainly provided an experience I would not recommend to any bride and groom on their special wedding day- so grateful and appreciative for our wedding coordinators whom dealt with these issues and her tantrums on the fly.This property certainly has the potential of being a first class wedding venue, though I suggest that Nathalie/Venue manager actually does a training course in people skills, because she has very little or actually next to none.We hired and bought lawn games to have for guests whilst photos were being taken. Though with less than 24 hrs notice we were verbally told the lawn had been too wet for the last 4 weddings and we couldn’t have them. So wasted $$ and added stress which was certainly avoidable had this been mentioned in the weeks earlier not hours beforehand.When cleaning up the next morning prospective clients were being shown the venue and all that was overheard from the venue manager was negative and snide remarks about our vendors and wedding party. And to this very day , 4 months later we have continually heard negative feedback of Nathalie/Venue manager complaining still about our guests lighting the fire too early and our guests were too drunk. Our bartenders held Responsible Service of Alcohol certification and we had 3 police officers attend as our guests whom completely disagree with her accusations and gossip. Funnily enough she was more than happy to take our money though and now defames us to other prospective clients. You guessed it we were that “June Wedding” .If you want to avoid any chance of ruining your magical day and making it one to remember positively I would definitely recommend reading all the other reviews and going somewhere else.

My Husband and I got married at Alsace Polo on 6.3.21. When we were picking a venue we wanted a venue that could cater DIY and our Fur Babies. This venue stood out to us because of the breathtaking views, the scenery and was able to offer certain inclusions we couldn't get on our budget. Nathalie was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions, queries, stresses and problems and everything came together beautifully for what was a truly magical day.

Absolutely stunning location! We had a beautiful time at a family wedding - everything was thought of, and the family owners were so helpful x

All I want to say is, if you’re looking for somewhere to get married, this is the place! Nathalie is one incredible, down to earth person. She is honestly just beautiful. The venue speaks for itself, myself and my partner got married here on the 22/02/2022 and we seriously couldn’t be happier with where we chose to get married!Nat made the entire process so easy, her communication with as on point and was alway there to help when needed! She was accommodating to all our requests. She made our day an absolute breeze!Nathalie and family, thank you for the bottom of our hearts, you are beautiful people and your venue is bloody incredible!Thanks again,Chloe & John

If you've stumbled across this absolute gem, do yourself a favour and give Nathalie a call as soon as you can.We all know planning a celebration can be stressful and full of surprises - for my husband and I, it was our wedding celebration 2.0 (thanks to the pandemic).The moment we set eyes on Alsace Polo, we knew it was love at first sight and knew it was the perfect venue for us. Nathalie is absolutely incredible - nothing was too much trouble and went out of her way to make sure our day went smoothly. We visited the venue on two separate occasions before our big day, and each and every time we visited, we noticed something even more beautiful than before.An beautiful venue with an equally incredible owner - thank you Nathalie.

Absolutely gorgeous setting for a wedding and picturesque photo backdrop. The attitude and lack of professionalism from the venue manager leaves a lot to be desired, she was rude, disrespectful, embarrassing and micro managers everything even though we had our own wedding coordinators. I certainly would recommend reading all reviews before considering this venue for your special day. Seriously I would not even consider this place for my own wedding nor would I recommend this place to anyone else after our family’s experience.
