Was excited to purchased my new ride from Ferntree Gully Automotive, October 2022.Much to my surprise, the car within a week failed to turn on, I even purchased a new battery as instructed from the dealership ($690) this wasn't the issue and resulted in the car getting towed multiple times.When the company said the car was ready to be picked up again, within 3 days the car didn't start.Then I was told to purchase AD BLUE and put it in the car.Car still not starting.This resulted in my car being Towed again, scrapping the vehicle underneath while being towed on to the truck then have it sent to the original makers of the car for it to be fixed.Not once did I raise my voice, not once did I crack it for it's not in my nature, I was so patient but how I got left from this experience is really terrible.I'm mostly disappointed from the company's lack of assistance during this period. For I had to purchase 12months rego for the car within the first week, Insurance, New Battery, Ad Blue and left with no car for 2 Months during my busiest time of year.The company failed to respond to my email as well as a follow up phone call asking compensation for lost expenses during those two months.Very disappointing.

I recently purchased a car for the first time in many years and was extremely unsure of how to go about this process and trusting the right person to help recommend the best car for me. Brett helped me along the way and was extremely helpful answering any silly questions I had and explaining the entire process to me in a way I could completely understand and now I know a lot more information revolves around the basics of cars/insurance/finance.I would highly recommend Brett!

Honestly, i can't recommend this dealership enough. Lovely Dan was super quick to respond to my message re a car i'd spotted online.I went and viewed it that afternoon, test drove it, and decided i loved it and purchased it. The whole buying process was so smooth and easy and not as stressful as i'd convinced myself it was going to be, i mean it could have been, with another dealership, but not with Dan and the gang at Ferntree Gully Automotive.I picked up the car this afternoon, Dan went through to confirm i was happy with everything in the paperwork again, showed me around the car and set me up and off I went. Time wasters, dodgey and ghosted with no communication after signing papers. I ‘sold’ my car to them on the 3rd of May Wednesday and signed papers with them on a agreed price. Transfer paper done, got all my personal details. Both party have signed and agreed on the price. I was told that the payment will be processed that day verbally and via email. And waited patiently for it. Did not receive payment and did not hear back from them at all. Called them after several days of waiting regarding this because they didn’t bother getting back to me and they tried to take $1000 off instead. While making excuses that the car needed 2 tyres. What 2 tyres cost $1000 for a Suzuki swift? I asked for managers number and they said ‘so you’re unhappy that we changed our mind’. Why make me sign everything and wait! No sense of care at all. Wasted my time, collected my personal details and ghosted me. We cancelled all our other car inspections because we thought it was sold since all paperwork was done and ‘payment’ was processing according to them. Have all these in writing on emails and messages. Disgusting way of doing business.

Just purchased my car from FTG Automotive and what a great experience. I dealt with Brett who was extremely helpful and patient and gave me a great deal. I am extremely happy with my purchase. There's a wonderful selection of used cars and the whole team from what I saw are great to deal with

If I could give 6 stars I would! I was in a pretty dire situation when it came to getting a new car, which I hadn't divulged to Jason. Without knowing my situation Jason dropped everything and made himself available to help me out with test drive and purchase and picked up all in the same day, HE LITERALLY DROVE TO ME. He doesn't know how much that meant!! An hour later I was driving home (instead of ubering) THANKS JASON YA LEGEND!!

Daniel at FGA was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. Thanks to a friend of mine we found a once-in-a-lifetime Second Hand car that had been barely driven. It was in pristine condition. Daniel was able to work around my crazy schedule to help me secure this vehicle despite how much interest it was attracting. Daniel took time to help connect my bluetooth, go through all of the features and even filled up the tank before I drove off. Thank you mate, you're amazing!
