Unbelievable customer service. Jason and Dean from Goodyear are absolute legends! We got a flat tyre on our way to Townsville for an appointment. We were in and out with a new tyre on in under 10 minutes. I don't think I've ever experienced such fast and effective service. Highly recommend!

We had a flat tyre occur on our road trip not far out of Townsville and Ayr was 36km away from where we pulled over. Called Goodyear (on a Saturday) and they were gonna do a call out when we got to them at Ayr. The fella was like the best bloke around and was quick with the changing/new tyre and price was also great. Although it was a quick service it got us back on the road again quickly.

Got my wheel alignment done here one month ago before a big roadtrip. Just discovered they left the locking nut loose on my inner rod so now I have to get it redone by another shop. I wasn't happy with my experience there anyway but this is just unacceptable.

Best Tyre Repair and Service in Australia. I’ve travelled around all states, thousands of kms and had tyre issues on a few occasions.Called in at 445pm , tyre repaired by 5 pm (found 5in nail puncture), very reasonable price and professionally done. These guys are a great team.

All 3 men came out on their day off to help us with our tyre troubles, very grateful when we couldn’t find anywhere open on the public holiday. They worked hard to get us on the road as soon as possible and we got home safe!! Great service and very friendly staff.

The guys at Goodyear ayr opened up the shop today so we could get a tyre changed on our truck so we could get home to Townsville great service and much appreciated thankyou highly recomended

10/10, amazing service!Came by in a hurry as I had a leaky tyre and was short on time. They changed my tyres in 20 min & for a very reasonable price.Also their emotional support office cat really helped me relieve some stress!
