Sold me a DANGEROUS product that OVERHEATED on first use and nearly created a FIRE! Releasing tons of smoke and dangerous chemicals. They have not attempted to respond despite being e-mailed and called several times. Scummy company, avoid at all cost.

Not happy with the service received at all. I purchased a 5m x 10m Marquee, drove down 1 hour to pick it up as I needed it that weekend. The night before the weekend I started to set up and noticed out of the 4 boxes 1 was incorrect. It was a double up. I called the company letting them know and there first response was “do you know what you’re doing” in a rude manner. After arguing with them, they told me they would check their stock and get back to me. They called me back, no apology and admitted they gave me the wrong box and to come swap it over. Therefore, I let them know I am over an hour away and I will have a family member in the area pick up. I got no apology, no discount on my purchase or in store credit and made my brother leave a $100 deposit until the incorrect box was brought back down to swap over. Poor customer service, though the Marquee was great no complaints there.

Fantastic company! Have bought a couple of different incubators, 56 egg and 48 egg and have amazing results without paying for expensive ones! Great customer service too! Will always come back as they are worth every dollar! Thank you Always Direct!!

Bought a Tempered Glass 54’ backboard Basketball Ring System as our acrylic back board broke.Compared to other glass backboards, price was reasonably priced.Delivery was super quick within 2 days and well packaged. All parts were there but Instructions could have been more clearer though.Very sturdy, strong and solid frame as described. Needed more than two people to help lift it up at the end as was really heavy.The hand winder used to adjust ring height could have been better made as it was not easy to turn.Other than that, I think we made the right choice and very happy with our purchase as it also looks great!

I got a shoes cabinet with mirror from Always Direct. It has reasonable quality and price, but the instruction manual doesn't mention what to do with some fasteners regarding the push-to-open mechasism.

The courier service used for delivery was terrible. My item was missing set-up manual/ instructions and 1 x toggle. Many of the parts were not labeled and was difficult to erect. When I called the customer service was helpful and sent me through a copy of the instructions, however it would have been more useful to have them there from the start.

We bought a chicken coop on 30th December 2020 for $129. It is such a low quality product where lot of pieces had cracks, the roof soaked rain water and damaged/bent already within 3 days. The roof is not weatherproof as claimed in the advertisement. Also a timber from the roosting box already fall off. Assembling instruction are extremely difficult to understand as building a rocket . I regret my purchase. This product is fit for its purpose.

Very disappointed. I bought 4 massage beds for my new business. Within 3weeks of using them, one bed snapped whilst a client was laying on it! Bed was hardly used and the client was not heavy at all.Uncomfortable. Poorly made. Dangerous. I refuse to use the other 3 beds now as they aren't sturdy.They have refused to refund and return. I bought them 4 weeks ago. Terrible customer service. Do not buy.

Avoid avoid avoid!!! This company is dodgy. Ordered a shade house and almost 2 weeks later I have no word as to whether it has been sent or not. I have phoned and emailed and no one gets back to me with the truth. I have been told the product has been sent but they won't provide a consignment note or anything. Then they won't return emails. I have no idea of what is going on. They are not a legitimate operation. Avoid them or else you will likely experience my pain!

We bought a bed for our Mum for mother’s day. The bed arrived with vital parts missing, screw holes that do not align (meaning we are unable to screw the bed together) and pieces that do not attach properly. We have sent many emails over the course of a week and have received nothing but excuses about why they will not provide a refund.The bed is unsafe and unable to be assembled adequately. Definitely do not buy from this company, their products are extremely poor and their customer service is even worse!I am in the process of making a complaint to the ACCC about them.
