Just dropped in with my son (on his P's) to get a nail puncture repaired on his car. They were closing in an hour but said it was no issue and would be ready in 30 minutes. Came back, the car was ready to go, spare was in the boot with everything nicely put away. Amazing service. Many thanks guys for helping out and looking after a young guy with his first car.

Was there for Logbook-Service. Staff was friendly, communication was professional and really good at all times. Service took a littler longer than the time I booked. Only two stars because they don't provide you with all the paperwork and the details that are prescripted on the website. So for example...website says that your battery will be tested and you will get a status report about it. I didn't get a status report about it and the staff didn't say a word in this regard. So I can only imagine they didn't do it. My car makes a well audible noise while driving. I asked them about it and they said they didn't really here it. So, I guess no test drive was done. Stirring fluid wasn't filled up and still below minimum when I got the car back.

Horrible experience. Dropped off my car to get my tyres replaced and a wheel alignment and when I picked up the car I noticed they had scratched 3 out of the 4 rims. When I asked about it, they had denied liability and refused to fix it/ compensate me. I had contacted their head office customer care team who informed me that it couldnt have been their fault since the scratches weren't aligned with what their machines could do - ignoring the fact that there are other factors to changing tires (other than using the tyre changer/bead setting machine). I wouldnt recommend mycar, let alone this service station. Unfortuanantly I will have to go to fair trade since mycar refuse to speak to me now. Something to keep in mind before choosing mycar.

WORST Experience, don't trust them. I got my car serviced on 7th Mar 2023 and they did not give any details of work done just gave me invoice to pay and said we changed engine oil and inspected everything is fine.On 9th March my car started showing error message rear brakes needs changing. I called them how can error come I just got service done did not you checked brakes. He said I overlooked it. I said Please fix it it's matter of brakes he a said we are fully booked come next day or week. They did not do service check properly on top of that not understanding the urgency of problem. Very careless attitude and lame service.I asked to refund my money as practically no service checks were done and I am not sure if they changed oil or not or just saying casually.Worst experience in my life. How can someone be in business with this attitude. They are just looting customers.

Brought my Tesla here to fit new wheels and provide new tyres, plus balancing and wheel alignment. Service was quick and excellent, they understood what to do on the Tesla and took care with all their work.
