I feel they should have their road side window open as you can't tell if they are actually open or not as I went there this morning to get one of their very nice ice coffees and wasn't until I was driving away that I noticed there second window was open...which faces the car park inside the shop area

I bought a chicken cheese and avo toastie, the outside of the bread has been toasted, the inside is near frozen. Some of the chicken is a shade of pink. Completely inedible, I could never bring myself to go back there. How do you even complain or try to reason with someone who would sell this as food?
