I haven’t used a laundromat in many years. I walked in asked the proprietor which machine to use for my king doona she was very helpful and professional. I did not have the cash required on me. She advised I could put the doona on and go get money whilst the doona was being washed and save me time. She also said don’t worry no one will touch it while your gone. Great service lovely friendly attitude what more could you want from a local small business. Keep up the great work.

The lady watched me put my blankets in 2 seperate washers and came and put the powder in and closed them herself. When I came back she quite sternly told me that I had put 1 blanket over the middle part which made the machine shaky and my other blanket was too big for that machine and I should use the other one..firstly since she put the powder in and then closed the lid herself, why did she not fix my wrongs then? If you own a laundromat surely you know that a blanket will be too big for a certain machine. You could’ve told me that first. You saw me walk in with blankets. Secondly why didn’t you also fix the other blanket when you put in the powder. I didn’t really get an opportunity to fix whatever I had done as the lady did the rest for me.Honestly it was super intimidating being in there. There’s no customer service I almost felt kind of unwanted. Not to mention all 3 blankets now have massive black spots on them that look like oil??Won’t be back….

Not bad. A bit expensive if you need to do a heavy doona or weighted blanket, especially when you have to provide your own washing liquid as well.But weighted blanket came out clean and softer than before it was washed
