Shocking company to go through for plan management. Phone calls and emails constantly go unanswered for weeks even after you have left a number of voice messages and sent a heap of emails. Invoices haven't been paid from well over 3 months ago. Save yourself the stress and go with someone else.

In addition to my review below, you can see, by new reviews posted since my original post, how Magenta boost their falling rating by asking staff to write reviews on their own company! Dodgy practice all the way!As a support worker, Magenta is from far the worst provider I had to work with. They do not answer the phone, they do not respond to messages or emails and more often than not they do not pay invoices on time as per their own guidelines and NDIS guidelines. They are very unprofessional and have an uncaring way of running their business which is the reason why, based on my experience, that I have asked all my clients to switch to a different plan manager and advising all my new clients not use their services. I would be surprised if they keep their NDIS accreditation for much longer.

Both my husband and I have been with quite a few support services since being participants of the NDIS. We moved across to Magenta Community Services because of the positive outcomes and that the employees are client focused. We couldn't be happier. I tried to use an email provided on the website to make a complaint and it kept coming back as invalid so I have resorted to writing this review.Plan management services are horrible. There is zero communication, emails and phone calls go unanswered. The few times I have managed to speak to someone I was asked to give details and that someone would get back to me (Never did). 1 year of guessing what funds are remaining and what invoices have been paid. Even therapist calls and emails went unanswered. I switched plan mangers as our plan ended and it took Magenta nearly a month to realise and ask for a new signed contract.Save yourself the trouble. There are plan management services out there where the communication is 100 times better and they have apps and user friendly websites for accessing your account and to see whats pending/paid.Support coordination- we love our support worker and she is the only reason we are still involved with Magenta. I have to arrange our support days with her as it is more reliable than hearing from the support manager.There seemed to be a lot of changing management roles this past year and each new person contacting us and wanting to meet in person. We have a medically fragile child and also in the middle of a pandemic and we expressed multiple times that we would rather meet using zoom or Telehealth. This message seemed to be lost with each change.

I have had the privelege of being involved with Magenta for over three years and have witnessed a family company growing through to being one of the largest providers of disability support in Toowoomba. Like all companies they have their good and bad reading past reviews they have had HR be pointed out as one of their failings so in a proactive manner the management at MCS have appointed two very capable people to handle the demands of HR.Magenta has radically improved their invoicing.Staff have as the company has grown become more distant and unavailbale and because of this Magenta have an intiative to link their support staff and thier management staff with Magenta meets, a full day of getting to know one another and training paid for by the company.I have found Magenta to be an open and always learning environment and as such am very proud to be associated with Magenta in every aspect I take my hat off to the management team of Magenta and their champions whose dedicated role is to improve the working practice of Magenta in this current working climate.

The upper management is very rude towards some participants they seem to only care about money. Don't get me started on the sil house it's in such a bad state.

Highly Recommend company.There is a lot of care and planning that goes into supporting each of their participant's needs.While working with this company I observed, that as much care and support was provided to Magenta's staff as to the participants that Magenta provides assistance to.I found working for Magenta Community Services was a great experience.

My Magenta Support coordination team has helped me with supporting my daughter with her complex needs. We finally have supports that make a difference to our every day lives.They listened to our individual circumstances and have supported us every step of the way.From the bottom of our hearts thanks!
